Interests: Muluken is 6 years old and dreams of becoming a pilot one day. He is being
raised by his single mom with his 10 year old brother. His mom never attended school and works as a day
laborer, making less than $4 per month. They live in a rented home with no running water, no toilet, no
electricity and no locking door. They never have access to protein and eat only two meals per day. This
family is experiencing severe food insecurity and extreme poverty.
